Shipping policy

We want your Evercedar order to arrive quickly and safely. Here's how shipping works.

WHERE WE SHIP
We ship internationally.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

DELIVERY TIME
Most orders arrive within 9–10 business days of being placed. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak holiday season or because of carrier delays outside our control.

SHIPPING COST
Standard shipping is free on all US orders. Express shipping, if available, is shown with its price at checkout.

ORDER PROTECTION
If you added Order Protection at checkout and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and photos for damaged items), and we'll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
